Very pleased with every purchase cant fault them

Let me start by saying I’ve placed a few orders with this company and every time I used the paid DPD service. Every order arrived on time except my current order. The last order I received the boxes for the e liquid were smashed but I did not mind as the product itself was not affected.The customer service is has really shown it’s true colours on my current order. My order was supposed to be delivered on the 16th of April 2021. Today is now the 20th of April 2021. I first contacted them with the problem on the 16th and they told me DPD has a problem with their tracking and the order would still be delivered on the 16th this never happened. I contacted them again on the 16th and they replied on the 17th to tell me it would be delivered over the weekend or Monday the 19th before 4pm but this never happened. Any decent and respectable company would have issued another product on the same day of the reported issue to avoid the customer having to wait for a product that has clearly not shown up. I would have really liked to continue business with this company but their handling of the situation has shown if you have a problem it’s likely to be a pass the blame game onto their delivery service. There is one thing I do not like is making false promises this company certainly does it and over such a small sum of money. I was in need of a new vape and would not be placing another order with them. They are dishonest and would continue to blame the Delivery service when they are the ones who are responsible for customer service and ensuring the customer receives their products on time. Shameful.
